Jeffrey R. McGraa, Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer
Mr. McGraa began his banking career with Union Bank in 1976 after four years as a Naval Officer and Division Officer. He joined 1st Business Bank in 1981 as Vice President and Commercial Lending Officer. In 1985 he was promoted to Vice President and Team Leader, and subsequently was promoted to Senior Vice President and Asset-based Lending Department Manager from 1990 to 1995, and Senior Vice President–Credit Administration from 1995 to 2002.
He became Mellon 1st Business Bank's Executive Vice President–Credit Administration in 2002, and served in that capacity until July 2005. Mr. McGraa served as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer at Mellon 1st Business Bank (1st Business Bank was acquired by Mellon in 1998). He also served on its Executive Management Committee, Senior Management Committee and Credit Policy Committee from 2003 to 2006. Mr. McGraa has been Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of 1st Enterprise Bank since 2006.
Mr. McGraa is a Director of the Los Angeles Boys and Girls Aid Association (commonly known as "Five Acres"). He also served as a Director of the Commercial Finance Conference of California, as a member of the Investment Committee for the California Economic Development Lending Initiative, and as a former Director of the Risk Management Association of Los Angeles.
