Rollie Vetterick SVP/Customer Service
Rollie Vetterick - A Go-to-guy You Should Know at 1st Enterprise Bank

One of the typical reasons given for changing banks is the desire to gain access to bankers who understand business and offer a personal touch.  1st Enterprise surrounds each customer relationship with bankers who take your business personally.

If you haven’t had the opportunity yet to get to know Rollie Vetterick, SVP/Customer Service, at 1st Enterprise Bank, you probably will sooner rather than later.  He’s one of the first into the office each morning and one of the last out in the evening. He's also constantly answering phone calls and helping customers with their daily banking needs and with any special or unusual requests. Turn to Rollie if you have any questions about your accounts, banking or our bank and he and the 1st Enterprise team will answer them for you and get things done for you promptly and professionally.

1st Enterprise to Celebrate a Five Year Milestone

July 3rd of this year will mark the 5-year anniversary of 1st Enterprise Bank!  As we approach this important milestone, it seems appropriate to review where we have been and where we are going.  We opened the bank on July 3, 2006 with one office, 18 employees and $27.5mm in total assets.  As of today, we have 3 full service regional banking offices, 61 employees and over $500 Million in total assets.  Our successful growth over these years has placed 1st Enterprise Bank in a very small group as one of “the fastest growing banks” in California’s history.

As a point of reference, there are currently 50 banks in the state that opened between 2006 and 2009.  The average asset size of this group is $116 Million, and we are by far the largest at well over $500 Million.  We wish to extend our sincerest gratitude to all of you for your tremendous support and enthusiasm over the past five years and we look forward to many more years of serving the banking needs of businesses and individuals throughout Southern California.

1st Enterprise Bank Reports Another Highly Successful Quarter as of March 31st, 2011

1st Enterprise Bank reported net income of $595,000 for the first quarter of 2011, a $128,000, or 28%, increase over the first quarter of 2010. "The Bank continues to generate strong earnings and high quality asset growth," said Brian Horton, President. "The Bank has grown its deposits by over $100 million and its loans by $66 million over the past twelve months by serving the needs of our customers and the constant addition of new customers. We also experienced no losses or past due loans during the quarter,'' added Mr. Horton. "We have continued to benefit from the desire of local business owners to establish and maintain banking relationships with people they know and trust - bankers who really care and take the time to understand their goals and desires."

Sincerely,
John Black
